Following our participation of the Staples2Naples and CRX rallies we have decided to
take part in the Home2Rome sistr rally.

Each day there will be a challenge set by the organsiers, usually after alcohol fueled
drinking sessions. Things seem so much easier to work out after 4 pints!

On the way to Rome, H2R crosses the Swiss Alps over the Simplon Pass, climbing
Passo Del Stelvio - probably the highest mountain pass in Europe and one that put
half of our team in hospital when we visited it in 2008!

The finish, of course, is the home of the craziest of crazy driving antics, Rome. From
previous experience our sheds usually have far fewer dents than brand new rome
registered cars!

Traffic lights seem pretty optional, and mopeds can apparantly use paths! Officer
Malc would have a field day giving out fixedio penaltio noticio's for the Polizia.

Remeber kids, when in Rome.....!
Therefore we can pretend we are the Urban Stig.

Home2Rome visits many countries: France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland
and Italy. If we make it all the way, that is.

On our return leg we plan on visiting the Nurbergring. As team captain Alex is actually
the Stig. But keep that a secret.

In previous years the rally organisers have had to accommodate floods, snow drifts,
yodeling festivals, and even a hurricane! Home2Rome, just like the S2Ns and CRX, is
not for the faint hearted.
